Well, we made it, the weekend has arrived! I'm looking forward to a few days of relaxing and cooking some new recipes. I tried a brilliant new Nigella dish - Pasta with Pancetta, Peppers and Parsley - in the week and I'm eager to cook it again. I must organise all my magazine tear sheets, too, as they are rapidly taking over my apartment...! What are your plans for the next day or so?

The past two days I've gone to the theater with my love, whipped up the most delicious vegetarian chili whilst sipping on malbec and listening to miles davis, and gone on a tasty and fun-filled double date with my best friend!
