I'm dreaming of a holiday at The Parker Hotel, Palm Springs to refresh and rejuvinate.
A fresh, crisp salad laced with a fragrant dressing, lesuirely eaten over a drawn out lunch here...
A long, refreshing swim at dusk in this pool...
A good natter with a group of friends under the shadow of these stunning hills...
Then, I'd round things off with a cocktail by the fire...
