I was super excited when I discovered that this Anthropologie wallpaper was not only in the sale but that it was also removable and therefore ideal for my rented place. My plan was to paper this past weekend but the Easter trip meant I was left with little time to fit it in. I hope I can squeeze in time to get the paper on the wall soon but in the meantime I thought it would be fun to share the design here. I was instantly drawn to the bold floral pattern, the colours of which are all the more vibrant against the black base. In my bedroom I have two alcoves either side of a chalkboard black painted chimney breast, which is where this paper is heading! Have you wallpapered recently? Are there any designs catching your eye?

Et tu, tutu?
It looks gorgeous! I went to Anthro over the weekend and I hadnt been there since they opened on King's Road. was happily surprised because first time I went I thought it was overpriced compared to the US and the collection was a bit too ethnic - nice but not easy to see how they would fit in my home but this time I left the shop with lots of goodies

I swear, I can't go in there without leaving with a little goodie (or two!).
Deletecan't wit to see it up. x
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike! - I'd already earmarked this for my bedroom - really love the bold floral on the dark background! Didn't know it was in the sale though! - this makes it a bit more of a realistic choice, so I'd better get some quick before it sells out!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the hunt. A quick tip: I had to order mine online as they didn't have any in store. :)
DeleteThat will be beautiful...can't wait to see the result!
ReplyDeleteOh it's gorgeous... I just bought myself a little lightweight scarf in a very similar design. I've got a chalky black wallpaper up in my bedroom too, but it's been up 3 years and I'm itching to change it. I've got my eye on a geometric purple and gold number (not as flashy as it sounds!)...
ReplyDeleteWow, gorgeous!! Can't wait to see it once it's up! xo
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty paper! It's gonna look great! :-)
ReplyDeleteWow is that a showstopper. I had no idea it was removable! And the price is certainly right on sale. Can't wait for after pictures!
ReplyDeleteI am so so curious to see how this will look in your bedroom. I bet, no I know, fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteLook at you! Feels very cool, retro chic Swedish to me! When you hop to Sweden I will put you together with a friend who has designed a lot of cool wallpaper and graphics for leading Swedish design companies.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see yours up!
In my latest post I showcase ixxi, a cool Dutch company with interesting wallcoverings. Pretty fun stuff too.
