They say things look better in multiples and it's certainly true of this knockout duo of floral pendants. Clean wooden lines of the furniture are juxtaposed with the rough texture of the exposed brick wall; the clash is sewn together by the bold pattern of the drum shades - an excellent look. A more delicate look takes position at number 2, where a simple, relaxed farmhouse setting allows cut blooms and simple barn-style lighting to take centre stage. Notice the empty frames on the windowsill - this is a really simple and affordable way to fill an empty wall, corner or nook in your home. Finally, the circus lights acting as a makeshift 'headboard' in number 3 take the space from drab to fab in a the flick of a switch! Which inspiration is your favourite?

Love those huge lamp floral shades!
ReplyDeleteI love the third one. The circus lighting resembling a headboard is such a wonderful idea. I am sure it looks magical at night, too! It's perfect for a teenager's room.

The first, those lights make me stare and I cant turn away! I've noticed my eye is always drawn to pictures with big statement lights in them. Funny thing is for 12+ months I've been living with naked bulbs in my home because I just can't make a decision and pick lights!
ReplyDeleteThe circus lights indeed!! I love anything having to do with lighting!! It definitely makes a room with its brilliance!
