It's been pretty much raining nonstop all week here in the UK, so I'm really feeling ready for spring and the refreshing feel it brings to interiors: light and airy rooms with a good helping of pattern and, of course, some zingy brights. I hope you have a lovely weekend lined up to recharge the batteries. I have a date with a stack of new magazines that I've been eagerly waiting to devour all week. Have a good one, folks.

ReplyDeleteOh Will I know how you feel. It has been bucketing in Melbourne Australia all week - everything is soggy, soggy, soggy with floods all over our country. And this is our summer! So I agree, this lovely image is just the snappy solution. A dash of colour will always enliven a rainy day with happiness.
ReplyDeletehappy weekend, Will!

It's probably about time you took a trip out to California ;-)
ReplyDeleteI was sad because I just burned my finger making caramel but then I came here and perked up at the sight of all of this color.
ReplyDeleteWow, now this is an incredible photo! Love it! Have a super weekend Will...
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by, folks!
ReplyDeleteThankfully the rain has spared us in Sydney but the rest of our beautiful country seems to be under water. It's so scary to watch familiar places and hear friends tell tales of loss and tragedy.
ReplyDeleteI hope you stay dry and high over there in ol' London town.
Where in London do you live?
After our year in Sweden it is likely we return to London too, though with kids we'll probably settle outside the big smoke.
The wall pattern is fantastic. Love the ethnic feel. Also adore the throw!
Happy and bright indeed.
