Ok, so it's Monday morning and I'm still half asleep, but how could I fail to be excited by this ohmygoodnessitsoamazing rolling pin?! I found it on Rachel's blog just now and whilst it seems a somewhat gimmicky idea at first look, I soon realised just how fun it could make baking. This rolling pin has inspired me to do some more baking; I'm going to crack out my Nigella Lawson cookery book this eve and make the richest, yummiest dessert I can possibly make.
