{Midweek pick me up}

Every now and again we'll find a product that's so simple and we just fall for it big time. This is one of those times.
In need of a midweek pick me up, we indulged in a little Internet shopping over our morning coffee. Browsing twentytwentyone - specialists in products by inspirational 20th and 21st century designers - we stumbled across this quirky coat hanger; isn't it great? Not only is it practical, but it's packed full of fun and personality, and would make a great talking point in your hallway. We say: buy, buy, buy! Looks like this midweek pick me up malarkey could become a regular thing...

{Make, Do & Send}

Stop press! Bright.Bazaar has found a great new blog and we just can't get enough of it at the mo. Make, Do & Send is ran by Alex who has a passion for all things printable. As a self confessed lover of diy stationary, Alex uses her newly formed blog to share her thoughts and general musings on all sorts of handmade, printable loveliness.

Handmade Orla Kiely pen pots by Heart Handmade

Regular readers of Bright.Bazaar will know of our love for Orla Kiely's work, so you can imagine our excitement when Alex shared a fantastic craft project featuring none other than off cuts of Kiely's wallpaper. Alex found out about the project through Heart Handmade (another lovely craft blog), and made her own version using leftover Laura Ashley wallpaper. We recently used leftover wallpaper to get crafty with an Ikea table; it's great to discover how many other inspiring products you can create with scraps of wallpaper. Thanks, Alex!

{Oh, the glamour}

Over at Bright.Bazaar we love a shopping trip to Heals; there's something so decadent and indulgent about their stores. Perhaps it's because they are always filled with sumptuous textiles, quirky accessories and to-die-for furniture. Or, maybe, we're falling into the same trap as Rebbecca Bloomwood from Sophie Kinsella's famous shopaholic novels - either way, we don't care because Heals rocks!

A splash of hot pink has allowed Heals to inject colour and warmth into their A/W 09 collection

We've been watching as more of the Autumn/Winter range filters into stores and simply can't wait any longer to write about how much we love their new stuff. Check it out...

Swing Chaise - it rotates 180 degrees to form a double bed! £1195; Daphne Tables by Johnny Egg - Coffee Table, £595 & Lamp Table, £350

Louis Console Table, in blue lacquer by John Reeves, £695; Brights Turned Wood Table Lamp, £165; Flocked Indigo Phone by Johnny Egg, £85

The Bright.Bazaar office needs this phone, you know, for practical reasons of course...!
